We operate the largest interconnected private natural gas system in Mexico with 2,017 km: the Wahalajara System, which runs from the Waha basin, Texas, in the United States to Guadalajara, Jalisco in Mexico. We have more than 25 years of experience developing infrastructure projects that have provided benefits and growth to Mexico.

Safety, a key factor in our operation

Safety, care for the environment and the well-being of the communities where we operate are factors directly influencing the way ESENTIA Energy Systems operates around its various facilities in Mexico. We comply with national and international standards that guarantee that our gas pipelines are operated responsibly and safely. 

SCADA System

In ESENTIA Energy Systems we use the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system to monitor and control in real time the path of our gas pipelines with the purpose of guaranteeing a continuous and safe operation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Emergency Response Plan

We have an Emergency Response Plan containing a clear guide
to what actions must be implemented in the event of a threat to the physical integrity of people, assets or the
environment.

At ESENTIA GAS we are committed to conducting business with honesty, integrity and respect. We adhere to compliance with national and international laws, as well as our internal policies and our Code of Conduct and Ethics, which refers to the values and principles that should govern the conduct of all employees in the performance of their duties.

Our Code of Conduct and Ethics and internal policies, such as, Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy, Gifts, Hospitality, Entertainment and Donations Policy, Travel Expenses Policy, Conflict of Interest Policy, among others, are applicable to all members of our company, including employees, managers and administrators.

Therefore, ESENTIA GAS reiterates its adherence and compliance to the National Anticorruption System. There is zero tolerance to anyone who offers or accepts bribes or commits or participates in acts of corruption.

ESENTIA Energy Systems begins construction of a teaching center in Delicias, Chihuahua

On November 21, ESENTIA Energy Systems and the Chihuahua Labor Training Institute (ICATECH) laid the first stone to build an important social investment project, a teaching center that will contribute to the training of hundreds of people in technical skills. and will increase the qualified workforce in the region of Delicias, Chihuahua.

 In the presence of representatives of the state and municipal government, the presence of Israel Ángeles Llerenas, Project Executive of the Project Supervision Subdirectorate of the Strategic Projects Directorate of CFEnergía, as well as Arturo Morales Reyes, director of ICATECH, began the construction of this work supported by the El Encino – La Laguna Natural Gas Infrastructure Development Trust. The work is expected to be completed in July 2024. 

In addition to leading the construction of the property, ESENTIA Energy Systems will also donate the furniture for its equipment. 

Through this public-private alliance, the sustainability of this center is guaranteed, since once the work is delivered, ICATECH will assign personnel and will be in charge of guaranteeing its operation according to the needs and technological advances that the productive, governmental sector and social require. 

With this work, ESENTIA reaffirms the commitment it has to the development and well-being of Mexico and the communities in which it is present.
